1. Where do you get the leads from?
The leads are coming to 5 (five) of our web sites placed atop of almost all the major search engines from throughout the country. You will find our web sites at Yahoo, MSN, Google, Altavista, Looksmart, Lycos, Overture, Mamma, Ah-ha, Findwhat, AOL, Excite, Inktomi, Webcrawler and most of the other search engines using various car related keywords.
2. What are those Web sites?
You can try www.ez-autofinance.com, www.e-autofinders.com or www.z-finance.com, among others.
3. How fresh are the leads? How genuine they are?
The leads are coming everyday and we are delivering them instantly. Virtually, the customers visited our web sites and completely ready to buy a car. In most cases they are sitting at home eagerly waiting to receive a call from the local car dealer.
4. What do we say the customer when we call them?
The customers know that the local car dealerships will call them. So call them without any hesitation and mention that you are the authorized dealer to arrange finance and/or sell cars to them.
5. Can we check the credit before we call the customer?
In 99% of the applications the customers are authorizing you to check the credit before you call them. In any case look at the bottom of the application and you will see “Authorization” “Yes” which means authorization is there. If for some reason authorization is not there just call the customer and obtain verbal permission to check the credit. In almost all cases prior authorization is there. But sometimes the customers make a mistake and click a wrong button not authorizing you to check the credit. But the example is really very rare.
6. Do we have to go to any particular bank to finance them?
Absolutely not. We are only providing you the leads. It is up to you who will finance them and what kind of a car you will sell.
7. How will you send the leads to us?
Once you sign up, you will receive your login and password to access the database. Just visit www.autoleadsonline.com, click on Dealer Login, use your password and retrieve the leads.
8. How many leads can I expect everyday?
The number of leads generated for a particular area or dealership depends on the density of population at that area. We do not guarantee the quantity of leads, but will try to generate as many leads as possible.
9. How do you generate the leads?
We have long-term contract with the major campaigners in the internet. As soon as the account is set up, we use special keywords targeting the area and all our web sites points to that geographic territory. In special cases we use banners and links. We do not generate leads through unsolicited bulk e-mails.
10. How big a territory are you covering for us?
In an urban or big city area we cover an area with about 25-mile radius centering the dealership. There are options to have larger area coverage provided no other dealerships are assigned so far. In any case, there will be only one dealership to cover a particular territory representing a particular make or brand.
11. Is any other dealer getting the same leads?
Absolutely not. Only one affiliated dealer from a particular geographic area will receive the leads. When the account is set up the program does not allow the same lead to be transmitted more than once.
12. Do I have to sign up a long-term contract with you?
No. According to our program, you have to reserve a territory, but you can discontinue at any time giving us a 30-day notice. If you don't continue with the program the area can be assigned to another dealership.
13. What is the guarantee that the leads are qualified?
Any lead that is incomplete (such as no telephone#), untraceable lead (such as wrong contact info), out of area lead, duplicate (the same information transmitted more than once) will not be charged for if notified within three days from obtaining the leads.
